Coaching bid successful
Manchester City Council have awarded Simple Netball League up to £1500 to fund equipment and coaching sessions for Simple's netball teams. There will be several 4 week courses for clusters of 5-6 teams running from the end of September 2010.Any income from the sessions can then be put towards subsidising any future coaching needs of the teams in the league. More details will be sent out once the indoor leagues are up and running...
Indoor leagues 2010-2011
Entries have now opened for the indoor leagues which start w/c 6th September 2010. All of the leagues are now full with the exception of the Monday evening league at Wright Robinson Sports College, Gorton. There will be a new individual team being entered plus spaces for up to two more new teams. Please sign up now if you'd like to take part!
Open training sessions - Tuesday 24th and 31st August
There will be a couple of open training sessions on Tuesday 24th and 31st August 2010 on the outdoor courts at Didsbury Sports Centre from 7-9pm. It's £4 per session. All welcome! Please check that the sessions are still on if it's raining on the day (contact Jo on 07779 642041).
